Who we are

What we collect

We collect only what we need to take and deliver your order and to answer you:

• Order details you give us at checkout: your name, email address, shipping address and payment details. Stripe processes your payment. We don't receive or store your full card number.
• Messages you send us, such as support emails.
• Basic technical data that our hosting provider, Vercel, logs when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't set cookies of its own and doesn't run analytics. The checkout page is operated by Stripe and may use cookies under Stripe's own policy.

After you pay, the order confirmation page on this website loads a one-pixel conversion tag from our advertising provider, TrafficJunky (ads.trafficjunky.net), so we can tell whether our ads lead to orders. That request contains the order amount, a Stripe checkout reference and the technical data your browser sends with any request, such as your IP address, browser type and device information. It doesn't contain your name, email address, shipping address or payment details. TrafficJunky may set or read cookies under its own privacy notice. To avoid counting an order twice, the page briefly uses your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. If we add other tracking in the future, we'll update this page first.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• process and ship your order and send order and delivery updates
• answer your questions and handle order problems and refunds
• keep records we need for tax, accounting and legal reasons
• prevent fraud and abuse

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the companies that help us run your order: Stripe for payments, shipping carriers and fulfillment partners to deliver the pillow, Vercel for hosting, and TrafficJunky, our advertising provider, which receives the limited conversion signal described under "Cookies and tracking". We may also share information when the law requires it. We don't sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as we need it for orders, taxes, disputes and legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You can email support@gyatfoot.com to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. Residents of California and of other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information. We don't sell personal information. The conversion signal described under "Cookies and tracking" is limited to an order reference, the order amount and standard technical data, and you can email us with questions or requests about it. We won't treat you differently for making a request.

Security

We rely on reputable providers to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
