Where we ship

We ship worldwide.

What it costs

Shipping is free on every order. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout from your shipping address and added to your total before you pay.

Orders sent outside the US may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our price and are your responsibility.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within a month of purchase. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. When we are very busy or carriers run late, delivery can take longer.

If your order is delayed

If we can't ship your order within the time we've told you, we'll email you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Check your address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@gyatfoot.com right away and we'll try to fix it before the order ships. We can't change an address after an order has shipped.

Damaged or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email support@gyatfoot.com with the email address you used at checkout and we'll work out a replacement or a refund with you.
